Files that can be imported as attachments to messages

  • File formats: Please refer to "■Supported file formats > ◇File formats that can be imported from the LegalOn screen" in " LegalOn System Requirements."

Transmitting messages from Slack

1. Click "Reply to thread" displayed in the Slack message.

* Be sure to click the "Reply to thread" button in the message to enter your message. If you reply in the thread using Slack's standard function, the reply message will not be linked to LegalOn.

2. Enter your message and click "Send."

You can attach files by clicking "Upload File."

The transmitted message will be applied to both the Slack tab of the case details screen and the Slack thread.

Important

  • Please be sure to click the "Reply to thread" button in the message to enter your message, rather than replying in the thread using Slack's standard function. If you reply in the thread, the message will not be reflected in LegalOn.

  • Messages that have been sent cannot be edited or deleted later.

  • Please attach files that meet the requirements listed in the " Terms of Use." If you attach a file that does not meet the requirements and send the message, the transmission will fail and all of the entered content will be deleted.
