Message Length Limit

  • Character Limit: Up to 3,000 characters

Send a message from Slack

1. Click [Reply to Thread] displayed within the Slack message

*Please enter your reply by clicking the [Reply to Thread] button within the message. If you reply to the thread using Slack’s standard features, your reply will not be synced with LegalOn.

2. Enter your message and click [Transmission]

Click [Upload File] to attach a file.

The message you send will be applied to both the [Slack] tab on the case details screen and the Slack thread.

  • Do not reply to the thread using Slack’s standard features; please click the [Reply to Thread] button within the message to enter your reply. If you reply directly in the thread, the message will not be applied to LegalOn.

  • Messages cannot be edited or deleted after they have been sent.

  • Please ensure that any attached files meet the requirements listed in the " Terms of Use." If you send a message with a file that does not meet the requirements, the transmission will fail and all your input will be lost.
