Using familiar internal addresses enhances the credibility of transmission sources and recipients, enabling management aligned with your company's System and email policies.

② Click [Reactivate Register] to the right of the target Email address
③ Click [Final Register] under [Step 4: Final Register of Email Address].
④ On the [Case Acceptance Email Address] settings screen, confirm the status has changed from [Final Registration Processing] to [Available].
Once full registration is complete, you can send and receive emails using the Add email address.
