Important Notes Regarding Cases and Message Transmission
Simply mentioning “LegalOn” and sending a message will not automatically apply your case request to LegalOn. Be sure to select the Case Submission Form and submit your request through it.
Messages sent using Teams’ standard features will not be applied to LegalOn. Please enter your message from [Reply in Thread] and post it.
Messages cannot be edited or deleted after they have been sent.
Please ensure that any attached files meet the requirements specified in the “Terms of Use.” If you send a message with a file that does not meet these requirements, the transmission will fail and all your entered content will be lost.

<RECOMMENDED> Pin or Save messages within a channel

If there are multiple threads within a channel, we recommend using the following Teams features to prevent sending messages to the wrong thread.
